High Volume Requirements
For higher volume requirements we work with a UK based Sintering partner for gerotor production. This process is suitable for volumes of 5000-10000 sets per year and is very cost effective at this volume level.
In-House Machining
Large capacity CNC machining centres can handle manufacturing of pump housing components up to 5000 units per year.
All machining is done in-house and is quality checked during manufacture and prior to assembly / shipment.
Fast Reaction to Changes
With total control on the design and manufacturing, we can react quickly to design changes or volume schedule changes.
